Qualifications

• Minimum two years successful (recent) experience at the varsity baseball level (within last five years)
• Experience working directly with collegiate and/or public school districts is highly desirable
• Must have demonstrated ability to lead and direct a sports program, working knowledge of CIF rules/regulations, effective oral and written communication, and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Overall administration of a comprehensive high school baseball program
• Mentorship, recruitment, and coordination of student-athletes
• Develop practice plans and competition schedules; manage operating budget
• Oversee student‑athlete academics and program compliance
• Supervise assistant coaches and support personnel

Education

Bachelor’s degree desired

Master’s Degree desirable

Experience as certificated staff member desirable
