Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years successful (recent) experience at the varsity wrestling level (within last five (5) years).
• Experience working directly with collegiate and/or public school districts is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and knowledge of CIF rules/regulations.
• Effective oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and coach varsity wrestlers.
• Develop practice plans and competition schedules.
• Manage program operating budget and compliance with CIF rules.
• Oversee student-athlete academics and supervise staff.

Education

Bachelor’s degree desired

Master’s Degree desirable

Experience as a certificated staff member desirable
