Job summary

DashMart is hiring for a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate. You will pick up shifts every two weeks and complete at least four hours per shift, with onboarding and a 4-hour training shift within 14 days. Expect two shifts monthly and frequent scheduling updates through the app.

You will be responsible for picking/packing orders, inventory control, warehouse organization, and ensuring customer-approved substitutions. Base pay is disclosed, with benefits for regular staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Detail-oriented with focus on freshness and safety.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in refrigerated environments.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders from the app, packing and handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stocking and shelf-life control.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness, efficient space management.
• Assist customers with substitutions approved by the customer.
