Job summary

You will handle 125–150 daily stops, navigate routes with provided apps, and maintain safety in all weather. This is a full-time, on-site role with a $20/hour wage and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid GA driver's license.
• Must have had a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Ability to read and follow written or oral instructions in English.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 49 lbs.
• Must own and be able to use a smartphone for GPS navigation.
• Must pass a background and motor vehicle history check if offered the position.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Ridwell high-roof cargo vans throughout the Atlanta area
• Complete between 125 - 150 daily stops efficiently and accurately
• Collect members' materials from designated bins at their homes
• Assist with completing remaining stops after finishing your assigned route
• Navigate routes effectively using the provided smartphone apps
• Maintain regular communication with our Driver Support team regarding route timing
• Manage loading and unloading of vehicles efficiently
• Deliver Ridwell bins and new member kits to members’ homes
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with Ridwell members
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and various temperature extremes
• Transition between driving and warehouse responsibilities as needed
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures
• Support additional operational needs as they arise
• Maintain positive communication with team members across all functions
• A smartphone is required for GPS navigation and route management (phone stipend provided).

About the role

We’re looking for a motivated team member to join Ridwell’s operations in Atlanta, GA. This dynamic, role combines driving responsibilities with warehouse operations as needed.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:30 am–4 pm

• A smartphone is required for GPS navigation and route management (phone stipend provided).

• Ability to maintain consistent attendance - we count on each other to be here when scheduled so we can deliver excellent service as a team
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid GA driver’s license
• Must have had a valid driver's license for at least 3 years
• Ability to read and follow written or oral instructions in English
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach, and lift up to 49 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must own and be able to use a smartphone and Google or Apple maps
• Ability to communicate effectively digitally via text and email
• Must pass a background and motor vehicle history check if offered the position
