Job summary

West Marine is seeking a Hub Fulfillment Associate to support our hub operations and maintain functionality in the absence of the Hub Manager. You will focus on delivering high‑quality service and product expertise to enhance the boating experience for our customers.

In this role you will collaborate with the Hub Manager to prioritize orders, manage deliveries, and uphold safety and accuracy across fulfillment and store duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must obtain HazMat and Forklift certifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Hub Manager to prioritize, process, and fulfill customer orders efficiently.
• Load vehicle, route deliveries, and provide safe, timely delivery and product knowledge.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fueled vehicles; document deliveries with company tools.
• Execute order picking, packing, and shipping to meet SLAs for omni‑channel orders.
• Assist customers with in‑store purchases and product recommendations.
• Support restocking and product placement within the store.
