Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking dependable staff for guest reception roles in Atlanta. This part-time position requires open availability on weekdays and weekends, with shifts in the morning, mid-day, and evening.

You will be at the hub of guest interaction, delivering friendly, proactive service to ensure a memorable stay. Your responsibilities include assisting guests with luggage, guiding arrivals and departures, and responding to requests with courtesy and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

To serve and assist guests during their stay by creating a memorable and efficient arrival, check in, departure and overall stay experience. To handle guest requests including help with luggage, transportation, information and other

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1. Read, match, and assist guests with luggage/tags, write claim tickets and detach portion to give to guest(s).
• 2. Driver is responsible for greeting guests and driving guests to and from requested destinations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.
• 3. Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• 4. Escort customers to accommodations, visually inspect room and respond to any guest requests.
• 5. Organize and store luggage as necessary in a designated area.
• 4. Answer questions and offer assistance giving accurate information regarding all hotel service to the guests.
• 5. Stay informed on current events and entertainment around the city.
• 6. Performs any other job related duties as assigned.
• 7. Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• 8. Stock the pantry for guests
• 9. Must have valid driver's license.
