Job summary

The Marcus Corporation, Hilton Milwaukee division, is seeking a part-time Van/Shuttle Driver in downtown Milwaukee. You will transport airline staff and guests, greet guests at the entrance, and maintain van cleanliness and safety. The role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service/guest service experience preferred.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Background Screening and possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be knowledgeable about the Greater Milwaukee Area and General Mitchell International Airport.
• Must be able to sit and drive for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (e.g., luggage, boxes).
• Excellent communication skills and familiarity with the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from General Mitchell International Airport and other authorized transports.
• Warmly welcome guests at the hotel’s main entrance and set a positive tone for their stay.
• Inspect van cleanliness before each trip and address snow removal, vacuuming, and trash disposal.
• Ensure vans are fueled and ready for transport; report vehicle maintenance needs.
• Take on additional duties as assigned to support guest experience.

As apart-time Van/Shuttle Driver you will be responsible for transporting contracted airline staff to and from General Mitchell International Airport and any other authorized requested transports in the Milwaukee area.

What you will be doing:

• Warmly welcome guests at the hotel’s main entrance, setting a positive tone for their stay.
• Inspect the van for cleanliness before each trip, addressing any issues such as snow removal, vacuuming, and trash disposal.
• Ensure vans are always fueled and ready for transport.
• Report any vehicle maintenance needs, such as oil changes, low tire pressure, or damages, to the Transportation Supervisor.
• Take on additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall guest experience.

What we are looking for:
