Job summary

RPG, LLC is hiring Valve Technician Leads for multiple locations in the US, including Two Rivers, WI. The role focuses on overhaul, inspection, calibration, and documentation while adhering to industry standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with overhaul, testing and repair of various valves.
• Ability to read and interpret valve schematics and procedures.
• Strong safety and quality sense in industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Overhauls consist of open and inspect of various valves and components, and reassembly to include but not limited to lapping, repacking, assembly, blue checks, and testing.
• Thoroughly complete all calibration and documentation associated with testing and repairs.
• Follow all schematics and documented procedures in accordance with all standards that apply to the job
• May perform maintenance, assessment, and repairs on various types of valves.
• Requires occasional lifting up to 75lbs and standing/walking 8–12 hour shifts; able to work in confined spaces and at height.
