Job summary

Millennium Power, Inc. seeks a skilled Valve Technician to install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair industrial valves across power generation, manufacturing, oil & gas, and chemical processing sectors.

This role blends shop and field service with a willingness to travel. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of mechanical or industrial maintenance experience, the ability to read blueprints, and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of mechanical or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience repairing or maintaining industrial valves, pumps, rotating equipment, or similar mechanical equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of industrial valves.
• Disassemble, clean, inspect, repair, and reassemble valve components.
• Test, calibrate, and verify valve performance to specifications.
• Document service reports and measurements.
• Work with customers and team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
