Professional Alternatives is seeking a motivated Technical Valve Manager to lead a valve division based in Southeast Houston, Texas. This role involves driving growth and operational alignment while serving as the primary customer contact for valve inquiries and managing a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of valve experience in distribution or manufacturing and strong leadership, customer service, and technical skills. Compensation goes up to $175K plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years valve experience in distribution or manufacturing, ideally mid and downstream focus.
• Strong knowledge of valves, automation, modifications, and quality systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact for valve and automation inquiries.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and technical submittals.
• Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate sourcing, delivery timelines, and commercial negotiations.
• Execute valve sales strategy with Sales leadership to drive revenue.
• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team.
