Job summary

McKenzie Valve & Machining, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a valve technician for second shift. You will repair and test a range of valves, disassemble and reassemble components, and ensure all QC and ASME standards are met.

You will document calibrations and testing, communicate progress to stakeholders, and work with safety to maintain OSHA compliance while contributing to a culture of quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Repair and test various valves (ball, gate, butterfly, safety relief, etc.).
• Disassemble, clean, inspect, measure, reassemble and test valves.
• Follow schematics and procedures per QC and ASME/NA standards that apply.
• Complete calibration and documentation related to testing and repairs.
• Provide timely updates to management, coworkers and customers.
• Collaborate with coworkers, management and safety to ensure OSHA compliance.
