Job summary

McKenzie Valve & Machining LLC is seeking a valve assembler to perform maintenance, assessment, repair, and testing on various industrial valves. The role involves disassembly, cleaning, inspection, measurement, reassembly, and testing following schematics and QC procedures in line with ASME/NB standards.

The position is second shift, with comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, HSA/FSA, vacation, 401(k) with company match, and paid parental leave.

Qualifications

• Must be able to repair and test valves across types (ball, gate, butterfly, safety relief).
• Disassemble, clean, inspect, measure, reassemble and test components.

Responsibilities

• Follow schematics and documented procedures per QC and ASME/NB standards.
• Complete calibration and documentation for tests and repairs.
• Provide timely updates to management, coworkers, and customers.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations in daily tasks.
