Midwest Valve Services, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to serve as the final checkpoint for valve repairs at the Minooka, IL facility. You will verify matchmarking, cleanliness, coatings, and required documentation while collaborating with shop leadership.

The role requires 3+ years in valve repair, attention to detail, and adherence to ARMR reporting standards. The position offers competitive hourly pay, overtime eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• High School diploma required; related technical degree preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on valve repair experience in ISO/CV departments.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Verify incoming valves and actuators identification, condition, and documentation.
• Perform disassembly, inspection, and reassembly per procedures and codes.
• Witness functional and pressure testing; ensure ARMR data and photos are recorded.
• Issue quality release approvals and quarantine nonconforming units.
• Audit repair records for traceability and NCR reporting.
