Job summary

FloWorks International LLC seeks a Valve Technician to perform maintenance, repair, and testing on industrial valves at client sites. No supervisory responsibilities; strong adherence to QC and ASME standards is required.

You will disassemble, inspect, reassemble and test valves, document results, and travel up to 75% to various locations while maintaining safety and quality. A high school diploma and valve experience are preferred, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years valve repair experience preferred.
• Must read and interpret manuals, schematics and safety rules.
• Ability to travel to client sites up to 75% and work at varied locations.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair and test various valves (ball, gate, butterfly, safety relief, etc.).
• Disassemble, clean, inspect, measure, reassemble and test valves at facilities and client sites.
• Follow schematics and procedures per QC and ASME standards.
• Complete calibration and testing documentation.
• Travel to job sites and ensure safety compliance.
