The role emphasizes scheduling, expediting, and problem-solving across procurement, production, and inventory functions to maintain steady operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling sales and work orders to meet delivery requirements.
• Proven ability to manage procurement and replenishment of products.
• Strong vendor relationships and supplier performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and execute sales orders and work orders to meet required customer delivery needs.
• Develop sourcing matrices and manage procurement and replenishment.
• Maintain timely order acknowledgments and supplier promise dates.
• Expedite open purchase orders and production orders to maximize stock availability.
• Coordinate transportation logistics and liaise with freight forwarders.
