Qualifications

• Understanding and basic knowledge of MRP systems and their functionality.
• Experience in a manufacturing or high-volume industrial distribution environment.
• 1-3 years’ experience in purchasing, inventory management, planning or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Set ordering controls based on historical usage.
• Schedule and execute sales orders and work orders.
• Manage procurement and replenishment of assigned products.
• Maintain order acknowledgments and supplier promise dates.
• Expedite/follow up on open purchase orders for timely delivery.
• Engage with suppliers to resolve performance issues.
• Work with logistics on international shipments.
