Job summary

IDEX in the United States is seeking a Senior Buyer Planner – US Valve who will lead end-to-end planning across the Fluidics segment, partnering with the Supply Chain Manager to build forecasts and ensure production plans and materials meet demand.

This role collaborates with commercial, sourcing and operations to secure capacity for long-term growth, manage inventories, and drive on-time delivery; you will own MRP and interface with sales and customer experience to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; APICS preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in Materials/Supply Chain, Sourcing, or Finance.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the MRP process and manage open purchase orders; expedite as needed.
• Develop monthly revenue projections and align production with demand and capacity.
• Collaborate with commercial, sourcing and operations for capacity planning and risk mitigation.
• Ensure 95%+ on-time delivery through material planning (MTO/MTS/Kanban).
