Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Valve Technician to assemble automated valve packages, troubleshoot field and in-house packages, and work with inside/outside sales and management. The role requires safe handling of tools, adherence to SOPs, and occasional travel to Ferguson locations.

Responsibilities include testing, data recording, and collaborating with inspectors to meet customer demands; overtime may apply as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience preferred but not required.
• Valve and actuator industrial experience highly preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a DOT Medical card.
• Ability to read and understand customer technical data and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assemble all automated packages and follow SOPs for valve automation.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace and follow safety precautions during assembly and testing.
• Set up, use and maintain tools and equipment in the automation center.
• Interact professionally with customers and internal teams regarding packages.
• Troubleshoot automated packages in house and in the field; assist with repairs.
• Travel up to 25% for field service or to Ferguson locations; may drive as needed.
