Qualifications

• Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications or reports to determine materials requirements.
• Assembles valves to customized requests with the sales team to ensure accurate orders.
• Maintains production area and records test results, usage, and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, or reports to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions.
• Assembles valves to customized requests from customers while working with sales team to execute an efficient and accurate order.
• Adjust, repair, or replace component parts to correct defects and to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Position, align or adjust workpieces or parts to facilitate wiring or assembly.
• Explain and interpret assembly procedures or techniques to co-workers as needed.
• Record maintenance information, including test results, material usage and repairs made.
• Disassemble and repair mechanical control devices or values.
• Lubricate parts as assembling to prevent wearing surfaces of mechanical parts.
• Calibrate instrumentation, such as meters, gauges and regulators for pressure, temperature, flow, and level as requested or needed.
• Inspect, operate and test completed products to verify functioning, machine capabilities or conformance to customer specifications.
• Receive, unpack, and store incoming inventory with precision.
• Cleaning duties.
• Skilled in word, ERP and excel.
• All other duties as assigned
