Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of mechanical assembly or related hands-on production experience.
• Ability to read bills of material and assembly drawings.
• Experience with valve automation, pneumatic systems, and electrical actuators is preferred.
• Experience following documented work instructions and maintaining quality records.

Responsibilities

• Assemble valve packages per BOM and drawings, including actuators and fittings.
• Perform functional and visual inspections before release.
• Conduct testing (pneumatic, electrical, leak, and cycle checks).
• Maintain production records and traceability; identify shortages and quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and participate in 5S and continuous improvement.
• Complete role standard work and other duties as assigned.
