Job summary

The Dixon Group in Houston, TX is seeking a dedicated Valve Assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will perform valve assembly, testing, and packaging to meet customer specifications.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble, NDT test, package, and ship valves per procedures.
• Fill out material traceability documents for valves and components.
• Assemble, disassemble, repair, and recondition industrial valves per drawings.
• Perform functional, pneumatic, hydrostatic, and leak testing.
• Inspect components for wear and dimensional accuracy using precision tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, bills of materials, and technical specs.
• Maintain production, inspection, and testing documentation.
• Operate hand tools, torque tools, lifting equipment, and fixtures safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe 5S work area.
