Job summary

Valmet is seeking an Assembler for the 2nd shift in Houston, TX to assemble and test valves following Valvtechnologies production and quality guidelines.

The role requires basic assembly experience, ability to read blueprints, and proficiency with hand and pneumatic tools. Responsibilities include parts handling, inventory tasks, and ensuring safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in assembly or relevant work experience.
• Night shift availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble valves in accordance with Valvtechnologies guidelines and processes.
• Test valves according to production and quality control guidelines.
• Pull parts for purchasing, sales, production, and inventory orders; stock and replenish locations.
• Update and verify order documentation, including sales orders and part numbers.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Clock in inventory through M2M system and ensure accuracy of quantities.
