DreamFields is seeking a Production Value Stream Supervisor to lead shift operations in our cannabis production and packaging department. You will supervise a team of 100+ hourly technicians and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to sustain throughput, quality, and regulatory compliance.

This hands‑on leadership role requires inspiring performance, applying Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping), and ensuring accurate records, batch traceability, METRC entries, and GMP adherence.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a production lead or supervisory role in manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Experience supervising teams of 50+ employees preferred in cannabis or regulated settings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise a value stream of 100+ hourly employees during assigned shifts to meet daily production goals.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, targets, and KPI metrics (throughput, yield, labor efficiency).
• Conduct bi-hourly audits to ensure teams are tracking toward goals and maintaining quality standards.
• Coach team members on process adherence and proper techniques.
• Maintain records of production data, batch traceability, and METRC entries per state regulations.
