Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years progressive work experience.
• Interpersonal skills across management, employees, customers and suppliers.
• Proven ability to perform data analysis to identify improvements and drive actions.
• Leadership of Lean / continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience hosting manufacturing audits and root-cause actions.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary program point of contact for the assigned shift and provide leadership of day to day execution.
• Oversee the manufacturing process to meet schedule with teams across engineering, planning and quality.
• Plan and direct activities of the manufacturing team with safety, quality, schedule and delivery in mind.
• Organize production processes and secure necessary resources.
• Apply methods to improve safety, quality, efficiency, productivity and equipment performance.
• Coordinate with management to align site efforts with business needs and strategic direction.
• Support a culture of safety and continuous quality improvement; monitor department finances.
