Ultra Maritime in Indiana is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee a value stream, lead a shift, and drive continuous improvement in a high‑reliability manufacturing environment. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing or operational setting.
  • Familiarity with Lean or Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the value stream.
  • Generate regular reports on production performance and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the value stream.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

Position Summary

This role is responsible for the supervision and coordination of activities within a designated value stream. This role involves overseeing daily operations, leading a team, and implementing continuous improvement strategies to optimize processes and deliver high-quality products or services. Ultra is building a second shift to continue to meet the demands of our global customers. Join us as we continue to grow in making the world a safer place. Production hours are Monday to Thursday 5pm to 3:30am
