Job summary

NN, Inc., Autocam division, seeks a Production Area Lead to own delivery and quality for a defined value stream. You will coordinate purchasing, engineering, quality, and logistics to hit area targets and manage metrics like labor cost and on-time delivery.

You will drive continuous improvement, mentor staff, and ensure a safe work environment. Strong data skills and English fluency are required for effective cross‑functional communication.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain management.
• Fluent in English; ability to interpret technical documents and communicate with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and quality for a defined value stream and serve as the primary contact for customer concerns.
• Orchestrate support across purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, and logistics to meet area goals.
• Run area meetings and drive continuous improvement aligned to NN, Inc.’s Operating System.
• Mentor staff and support employee-driven ideas; uphold OSHA safety standards.
• Turn manufacturing data into cost awareness and actionable insights.
