Lincotek Medical Llc in Duncan, SC is seeking an APS Value Stream Process Engineer with a strong background in manufacturing, engineering, and quality. The role focuses on process improvement, waste elimination, and applying Lean, Six Sigma, DOE, FMEA, and VA/VE to boost production rate and quality.

You will liaise with manufacturing and quality, provide guidance on specifications, lead root cause analysis with DMAIC and 8D, develop coating processes, support NPIs, and participate in kaizen

Competenze

• Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent manufacturing/engineering experience.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt.
• 5+ years in aerospace, automotive, or industrial gas turbine industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SolidWorks and blueprint interpretation.
• Experience with ERP systems and BOM management.
• Excellent communication with all levels of customers and teams.
• Familiarity with Minitab statistical software.
