Job summary

Eaton Corporation's ES AMER ESS division seeks a Value Stream Manager for the Network Protectors line in Greenwood, SC. You will oversee the value stream, drive Lean improvements, and support new product development while guiding production associates toward high performance.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure safety and quality, and leverage data to optimize schedules and capacity. Relocation support is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing/operations environment.
• Minimum of one (1) year of management/supervisory experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Relocation benefits are being offered for this position.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for 40+ shop floor employees, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Back up the Operations Manager and manage activities across value streams.
• Develop Current and Future State Maps using Lean principles to eliminate waste.
• Drive continuous improvement via process changes and technology upgrades.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Marketing to meet goals.
• Align forecasts with capacity plans for optimal scheduling.
