Dauch Corporation in St Mary's, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the manufacturing engineering staff and drive the development and deployment of cost-effective production processes. You will guide process documentation, equipment selection, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time product launches.

The role requires strong leadership in manufacturing and a track record of delivering process improvements, quality gains, and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar discipline.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years progressive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the Manufacturing Engineering staff including coordinators of all ME related functional groups.
• Develop manufacturing processes and resultant investment for new product programs.
• Oversee the sourcing of appropriate manufacturing equipment for the production of automotive components and assemblies.
• Manage the CapEx budget of a single area or process launch.
• Research process performance data to identify and implement manufacturing process improvements to improve yield, runtime, quality, and safety.
