Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Admin, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in progressive leadership in manufacturing, automotive preferred.
• 5+ years as Plant Manager or similar senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in achieving production goals and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all plant operations including manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and HR.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize performance and reduce costs.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and capital expenditures.
• Drive lean manufacturing, Six Sigma projects, and other improvements.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership to align with company goals.
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Oversee maintenance and upgrades of plant equipment and facilities.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
