• Drive KPIs for quality, delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align efforts and resolve issues.
• Optimize resource allocation and ensure process readiness.
• Develop employees and coach direct reports for high performance.
• Communicate progress with visual management and daily metrics.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and sustain Lean activities across shifts.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in the facility.
