Job summary

NEOTech in Longmont, CO is seeking a Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead lean transformation, optimize workflows, and drive KPI/P&L improvements across operations. You will coach teams, manage cross-functional projects, troubleshoot production issues, and deliver sustainable gains while maintaining product quality and safety.

Qualification emphasis on Lean Methodologies, 2–5 years experience, Bachelor's degree, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing work environment.
• Prior supervisory and Lean Manufacturing experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional teams to solve problems and implement sustainable improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to apply, teach, and coach teams on Lean Six Sigma concepts (Visual Management, SMED, 5S, VSM, FMEA).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Kaizen transformations to deliver KPI and P&L improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement projects across Mason Location Operations.
• Present project updates using MS PowerPoint; communicate results to stakeholders.
• Drive issues to closure via project management and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Provide hands-on process support, troubleshoot production issues, and implement CAPA.
• Improve manufacturing techniques and process capabilities while maintaining quality.
• Support and lead projects; respond to business and customer needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
