Re:Build Manufacturing in Colorado is seeking an experienced Value Stream Lead for its Industrial & Specialty Products operation at Oribi. You will drive strategic planning, align production, engineering, quality, and supply chain to deliver on-time performance while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will lead a high-mix, low-volume environment with a hands-on style, focus on waste reduction, and champion Lean practices across the value stream, production scheduling, and budgeting to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in machine shop management; composite operations a plus.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role in a sophisticated manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of machining manufacturing and Lean production.
• ISO 9001 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing development and execution of strategic plan for Industrial & Specialty Products.
• Ensure safety protocols, OSHA, FDA compliance, and environmental standards.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing cross-functional team.
• Champion Lean principles to reduce waste in a high-mix, low-volume setting.
• Track OEE, productivity, scrap, and labor efficiency with problem-solving methods.
• Own value stream budget and P&L, manage costs to meet targets.
• Own production scheduling and material forecasting for on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with sourcing, engineering, quality, and Lean teams.
• Enhance processes, automation strategies, and quality control systems.
• Stay ahead of machining technology to strengthen competitiveness.
