Job summary

RMB Products in Fountain, CO seeks an Operations Director to lead the manufacturing, maintenance, and quality functions across Value Streams. This hands-on leadership role drives the long-term financial performance and continuous improvement roadmap for RMB Products Operations.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in Lean manufacturing, cross-functional leadership, and strategic planning, with experience in regulated plastics manufacturing preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of Value Stream Management and Operational Excellence experience.
• Lean manufacturing background in regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for RMB Products, including manufacturing, quality, safety, and maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across Value Streams.
• Develop KPIs, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Align operations with budget, forecasts, and long-range capital plans.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Sales and other functions to remove bottlenecks.
• Oversee scheduling, capacity, and overtime to optimize productivity and costs.
• Support PFEP strategies and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and governance standards.
