Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing team to deliver excellent customer service at lowest cost while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing journey using the Carlisle Operating System (COS) to drive daily, incremental improvement.
• Oversee inventory control of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods.
• Coach and develop supervisors and team leaders to align with company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve facility and company goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations and maintain facility upkeep.
• Manage buildings and grounds to support good manufacturing practices.
• Monitor environmental permits related to manufacturing processes.
