Job summary

SHI International is seeking a Data Analyst to support data-driven requests, build PowerBI reports, and perform ad-hoc analyses to identify opportunities. You will work with multiple databases, deliver monthly and quarterly KPI reporting, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data quality for decision making.

You will help develop business cases, track performance against forecasts, and contribute to financial and operational insights across SHI’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2-4 years in data/analysis field.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel & Access for reporting and database management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of finance concepts, principles, and practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SHI management to support data requests and initiatives across departments.
• Collect and analyze activity, including forecasts, across segments and milestones.
• Track performance against goals, forecasts, and plans.
• Generate reports from multiple databases and merge data into spreadsheets/databases.
• Write PowerBI reports for reporting and performance management.
• Interpret, format, and summarize data for management review.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to identify opportunities and develop scenarios.
• Assist with business cases with clear scope, outcomes, and benefits.
