Job summary

SHI is seeking a Data Analyst to support data-driven requests, collect and analyze data, and generate PowerBI reports. You will merge reports from multiple databases, deliver monthly and quarterly KPI reporting, and work with stakeholders to enhance data for performance management.

The role requires strong Excel and Access skills, 2-4 years of data/analytical experience, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2-4 years of experience in a data/analysis-related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Access for reporting and database management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SHI management to support data-driven requests and project initiatives from multiple departments.
• Collect, analyze, and forecast activity across segments and milestones; track performance against goals.
• Generate reports from multiple databases; merge data into spreadsheets or databases.
• Write PowerBI reports for reporting and performance management.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to identify opportunities, develop scenarios, and support business cases.
• Produce monthly and quarterly reporting focused on a portfolio of initiatives.
