Job summary

You will translate customer requirements into accurate, buildable configurations and serve as the primary link between customer care, engineering, supply chain, and production.

You will review work orders, validate BOMs, and support engineering change management to keep configurations aligned with customer needs and production constraints.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with mechanical aptitude and 2-3 years in manufacturing, product configuration, or engineering support.
• Experience in manufacturing operations, product configuration, or engineering support roles.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into complete, buildable product configurations.
• Review and validate work orders before release for alignment with specs.
• Identify discrepancies and drive resolution with stakeholders before production.
• Maintain and control product configurations, BOM accuracy, and test requirements.
