Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Operations Management required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Lean background preferred.
• Excellent communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Current State maps and Future State maps to visualize work flow today and design improved tomorrow.
• End-to-end understanding of losses related to performance, labor, scrap, usage and quality within the value stream.
• Process optimization: analyze and manage the flow of materials and information, eliminating non-value-added activities.
• Lead rapid improvement events to solve bottlenecks and improve efficiency across the value stream.
