Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a strategy consulting role, preferably in retail.
• Deep understanding of fashion retail allocation and replenishment processes.
• Fluency in retail KPIs: service level, sell-through, GMROI, allocation accuracy.
• Strong analytical intuition and exceptional communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting to executives and coaching team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead bi-weekly allocation performance reviews with brand teams.
• Leverage dashboards to monitor allocation outcomes at the store-SKU level.
• Translate diagnostic findings into improvement tickets for vendors.
• Advise teams on allocation strategy decisions and own accountability frameworks.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders about findings and recommendations.

Education

MBA or equivalent advanced degree
