Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a Benefits Realization Manager to lead value measurement across Digital, AI, and transformation initiatives. You will define outcomes, establish governance, and ensure investments deliver expected business benefits.

You’ll partner with finance, transformation, and portfolio teams to create value-driven investment decisions and rigorous reporting. The role emphasizes measuring adoption, outcomes, and accountability, with a focus on translating projects into tangible business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, finance, economics, information systems, or related fields.
• 5–7 years of experience in benefits realization, business transformation, portfolio management, value management, or analytics.
• Experience developing business cases with ROI, NPV, payback and operational metrics.
• Ability to define KPIs/OKRs, establish baselines, measure outcomes, and validate benefits realization.
• Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills with executive-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefits realization governance, metrics, and reporting across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during intake, business case development, and value target setting.
• Monitor actual performance against approved business cases and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with Change Management and Transformation teams to translate adoption into outcomes.
• Deliver executive dashboards, scorecards, and portfolio insights for leadership.
