Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 1–5 years of experience in mechanical design, product development, or cost estimation.
• Knowledge of mechanical processes, especially welding and machining.
• Experience or interest in AI tools, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.
• Experience with ERP or engineering systems (SAP, Teamcenter, NX Siemens, or similar).
• Strong background with Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimate costs for new products or localization.
• Use AI tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost savings for products in production.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales during industrialization.
• Check product cost variance in case of design changes.
• Support industrialization and pre-production engineering activities.
• Implement workflow automation solutions to improve cost analysis.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities using AI-driven analytics.
