Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years in mechanical design, product development, or cost estimation.
• Experience with ERP or engineering systems (SAP, Teamcenter, NX) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimate costs for new products or for products localization.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost savings for products already in production.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales teams during industrialization and to reduce time to quote.
• Check product cost variance in case of design change.
• Assist with industrialization and pre-production engineering activities.
• Implement and support workflow automation solutions (e.g., Power Automate) to improve cost analysis.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities using AI-driven analytics.
