Sheet Labels, Inc. in Austin, TX, seeks a Solutions Analyst to be the technical bridge between sales and engineering.

You’ll design label constructions, model pricing, and translate engineering realities into business value that customers can’t ignore. You’ll partner on Mid-Market and Enterprise proposals, support smaller deals, ensure fast turnaround from complete specifications, protect pricing accuracy and margins, and coordinate sample production with manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical sales support, applications engineering, or estimating with direct customer-facing proposal involvement (pure back-office estimating is not the profile).
• Materials-science fluency applied to real application environments.
• Print-process literacy: flexographic, digital, offset; pressure-sensitive / narrow-web converting strongly preferred.
• Built detailed cost models and value-aligned pricing strategies.
• Comfortable joining customer calls to surface unmet pain (compliance, line speed, scrap, brand, recall risk).
• Executive-grade written communication; proposals read for decision-makers, not just spec sheets.
