Position Summary

The Value Creation Assurance Lead is a key member of Brooks International’s Corporate Services organization, responsible for independently verifying that all client engagements deliver measurable and validated value consistent with firm standards. This role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of reported engagement outcomes — including operational improvements, financial benefits, and milestone attainment. The position acts as a bridge between delivery teams, finance, and executive leadership, safeguarding Brooks International’s brand promise of quantifiable value creation.

Key Accountabilities

• Value Verification: Audit engagement outcomes and validate reported improvements in financial, operational, and productivity metrics.
• Quality Assurance: Review deliverables, client communications, and documentation to ensure adherence to Brooks International’s methodology and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Governance & Compliance: Monitor project execution for schedule discipline, risk mitigation, and compliance with contractual deliverables.
• Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards tracking firm-wide value realization and performance trends.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify systemic opportunities to enhance quality, accuracy, and delivery consistency across engagements.
• Leadership Communication: Present assurance findings and recommendations to senior executives with clarity, rigor, and strategic insight.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in management consulting, project audit, value realization, or operational excellence functions, as well as similar operational or financial compliance departments.
• Proven record of verifying or delivering measurable results — including cost savings, revenue growth, process efficiency, or ROI realization.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and data validation skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of project governance, methodology discipline, and milestone-driven execution models.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations management, or a related field (advanced degree or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Audit preferred).

Performance Expectations

• Complete value assurance reviews for 100% of engagement within established timeframes.
• Maintain 95%+ accuracy in validation of reported value metrics.
• Deliver actionable recommendations that improve engagement consistency, compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of firm methodology and performance standards.
