The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services (ES) Strategy and Transformation Team. As part of the Enterprise Services (ES) Strategy and Transformation team, this role will support business needs and projects across indirect categories, with an emphasis on marketing, agency, media, marketing technology services, PR agencies, communications, and event management. Besides supporting the Communications and Marketing functions, this role will also support the Legal function. The ideal candidate will draw from past experience with various communications, marketing, and event management suppliers and can assist with translating this knowledge via contract negotiations and project management skills to lead the coordination, communication and integration of suppliers to support the achievement of technical, financial and performance objectives. This individual will have an understanding of supplier products/services and develop various strategies to drive year on year cost savings to help RTX meet its bottom line. An understanding of the end-to-end procurement process, from contract negotiations to requisition and PO placement is needed for this role. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to develop effective presentations and present to leadership and peers.

Location: Farmington, CT is the preferred location, however candidates located near an RTX hub will also be considered. Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
