Job summary

Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers seeks a Revenue Cycle Manager in Honesdale, PA. The role oversees the full revenue cycle for WMCHC Finance, driving accurate charging, timely billing, and optimized cash collections across all service lines.

The position partners with Finance, Clinical Operations, Contracting, and Quality teams to align performance with value-based care, regulatory requirements, and organizational financial goals. Reports to the CFO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Demonstrated experience supporting FQHC operations and reimbursement (Medicaid/Medicare).
• Strong understanding of value-based payment models and revenue recognition.
• Proven leadership of business office and revenue cycle teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all revenue cycle functions including charge capture, billing, AR, cash posting, denial management and revenue integrity.
• Develop strategies supporting value-based contracts and alternative payment models.
• Serve as primary revenue cycle liaison to CFO with regular performance reporting.
• Lead compliance with FQHC, CMS, state Medicaid and payer requirements.
• Directly manage the Business Office and revenue cycle teams and drive process improvements.
