Job summary

Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to provide strategic and operational oversight of the full revenue cycle for our FQHC, overseeing a high volume of value-based reimbursement arrangements. You will manage charge capture, billing, AR, denials, and cash collections while ensuring compliance with Medicaid, Medicare, PPS, and grant rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Experience with FQHC operations and reimbursement including Medicaid/Medicare.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all revenue cycle functions (charge capture, billing, AR, cash posting, denial management, revenue integrity).
• Develop and execute revenue cycle strategies for value-based contracts and FQHC reimbursement.
• Lead front-end and back-end operations (registration, eligibility, coding, billing, collections, denials).
• Monitor payer performance and reimbursement trends to optimize financial sustainability.
