Job summary

Optigy Group in Dallas, GA is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join a value-based primary care team serving adults 65+. Expect a census of 12–15 patients daily with 20–40 minute visits and a collaborative integrated care model.

Compensation includes a base salary of $235,000–$270,000, a $40,000–$60,000 commencement bonus, and a 20% annual performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Geriatric experience preferred.
• HEDIS experience a plus.
• Value-Based Care experience preferred–training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to adults 65+ within a value-based care model.
• Census of 12-15 patients per day with 20–40 minute visits.
• Coordinate with NP/PA, medical assistants, social workers, lab and pharmacy support.
