Job summary

A senior-focused healthcare provider in Georgia is seeking a Primary Care Physician (PCP) to lead a team in delivering high-quality, value-based care to seniors. The PCP will enhance patient outcomes through personalized attention and collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team. Candidates should hold an accredited medical degree and possess excellent communication skills. The compensation package may exceed $300K, with benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted medical license or willing to obtain.
• Fully engaged in the concept of integrated team-based care.
• Willingness to learn/adapt to a value-based care setting.
• Screening for Tuberculosis required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat center patients based on care standards.
• Assist in coordinating patient services and specialty referrals.
• Participate in quality of care meetings with medical leadership.
• Spend 100% of time clinically focused on patient care.
